Even with a new hasp key the FireWorks installation was not without issue. The program would not install with the PC network adapter enabled. Yet it cannot connect to the ESTx main computer without the network adapter which then would not re-enable in normal Windows. Was able to enable it in Windows Safe mode so Luis could connect FireWorks with the ESTx computer. End result is the FireWorks is working again. Luis, as always, was professional and courteous.

Luis was unsuccessful in getting FireWorks installed on our standalone PC. Luis is a good technician, as well as courteous and professional. ASA should brief technicians on a site's particular requirements for installing FireWorks to minimize difficulties.

The technicians were very patient with the plant personnel, and communicated well to make sure the job was done safely. Did a good job explaining how the tests were to be performed and worked with the other contractors onsite to coordinate the work.

Replaced Module that went bad on Unit 2. Upon further investigation found dead short on wire. Will need to trace or repull wire. 2 Proinert Bottles showing low pressure will need to replace.
