Bill and Nick were very good in the review of our system and explanation of the problem.
I only wish that I would have been notified of this service visit in advance -- I do not recall seeing an email or receiving a phone call about it being scheduled. That's why I only gave 4 stars for "convenience" and "recommendation" items below. Dwayne was courteous and efficient and reported to me that the inspection showed good results for our equipment.
