COD Scheduled with Ketan 908-510-9737 The following discrepancies were found during your Semi Annual Fire Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: (2) 3 Gallon Ansul cylinders are due for hydro test. Regulator test due. Need to replace regulator hose. Cartridge due for replacement. Need to install protection in right side Duct. (1) 10# ABC extinguisher is due for replacement. ***NOTE*** Electrical connections inside Automan. (CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO HIRE AN ELECTRICIAN TO REMOVE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FROM AUTOMAN AND PUT IN IT'S OWN JUNCTION BOX). No electrical shutdowns for fryers. (CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO HAVE ELECTRICIAN ADDRESS). Hood needs cleaned. (CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO CONTACT A HOOD CLEANING COMPANY)
