** JOE M 732-287-4880 ** Confirmed appt with John P (Heller / landlord) 732-710-5367 also confirmed appt with Frank via email - 732-403-3783 tech to arrive at 8am The following discrepancies were found during your Annual Sprinkler Inspection that needs to be corrected for Compliance: 5 year internal inspection is due on (6) wet riser and must be completed per NFPA 25.. Need to replace (5) outdated water gauges. System 8, could not perform pressure test due to main line pipe and 2" elbow broken at threads. Will need to replace 2" down drop (threaded) and 2" elbow. Fire Hose inspection performed and completed at this time. (12) Fire hoses inspected. Found (3) fire hoses needing hydro. NOTEThis quote is priced out for the hydro test on (3) hoses. If hose fail hydro testing. We will send you a follow up quote pricing for replacement hoses. NOTE SCISSOR LIFT NEEDED Sprinkler Repair
