Annual Fire Alarm Inspection on MRI trailer #596
Suggested for SD ROOM 314: Room smoke detector in room 314 not working properly at this time. Head went into alarm on customer last week maintenance cleaned head to no avail. I cleaned smoke detector head very thoroughly and still went into trouble condition. Fire pros to ship Simplex smoke detector head to Jason he will install when received.
Deficiency: SD IN POOL AREA SOUTH IS SHOWING NO ANSWER. VERY CORRODED. AND COVER IS CRACKED. TERMINAL SCREWS ARE BOTH RUSTED BAD Deficiency: FACP SHOWING CARD 2 FAILURE, POWER SUPPLY/CHARGER. CUSTOMER WILL CALL SIMPLEX
