Brandon presented a very positive and well trained impression. He's a credit to your company. However, I don't know the details of cost as this is handled by another department in our company.

We had a major fire suppression pipe failure. Fire Pro dispatched a tech (Austin) and he was able to complete the repairs in a short time. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. I would call them back for service in the future. Outstanding job!
You guys are awesome; keep up the great work.
I did not know that he was coming and did not have the right keys to open the necessary locks. He worked with me to identify the locks and had the locations of the fire extinguishers already. I am not the facilities manager but with his help, it was a simple process for me.
Eric was very professional in his interactions with our staff. He also passed on information that was very helpful as we look at fire safety in our plant.

Deficiency for FACP FRONT DESK: FACP shows a general fire alarm and at times a fault.. Doors are powered by 120volts. The reason doors aren’t holding is because every smoke detector in building is latched in alarm. Maintenance says circuit board was recently replaced. He is going to contact company that replaced board and have them take care of the issues. Not sure why all smokes are latched in alarm could be programming error or something in the field. At times keypad shows no issues yet all smokes are latched an alarm. Fire pros has quoted in the past, over a year agoTo replace FACP. Customer went with another company it appears because maintenance said motherboard was replaced not the Can, just the boardHe is going to look up and contact company who did work to come in and repair issues on FACP
