Brandon was clear and concise in his duties. He went right to work after a briefing and completed the job efficiently. I did find that after researching replacement cost of one of the exit/emergency lights, the unit could have been replaced, with new, at half the price, although, whether the quality is the same or not, i don't know.

Work to be performed: 1. Replacement of (3) 10lb ABC fire extinguishers. (These are to be replaced with new units due to age/condition.) 2. Replacement of (1) 5lb ABC fire extinguishers. (This is to be replaced with a new unit due to age/condition.) 3. Replacement of (1) 2.5lb ABC fire extinguisher. (This is to be replaced with a new unit due to age/brand.) All work done in accordance with NFPA 10. Notice of Non-Compliance and Repair Proposal Fire Pros, LLC recently inspected the fire extinguishers at your establishment in accordance with applicable state statutes, local fire codes and NFPA guidelines. While inspecting your extinguishers, they determined to be "Non-Compliant" per local fire codes. The attached proposal summarizes the non-compliance issues that were found during the inspection and the costs and actions needed to correct them.
