Sprinkler Inspection Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year hydrotest of fire department connection. Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for gauge change Deficiency: Alarm valve due for five year internal inspection Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal obstruction investigation Deficiency: There is no evidence of a five-year internal inspection of fire department connection check valve.

It's probably a good idea to ask for him when you arrive just to be sure that he has followed through on this; his cell is 586-709-4165 in case you can't locate him on site.
