Arrived On-Site FACP states AHU-7 Alarm, Went up On Roof and located AHU-7 Found Condenser coils all froze up and was leaking water onto Monitor Module. Tried shunting Module out and Reseting System. System would not reset due to module being damaged by water. Removed monitor module and reset FACP all alarms are clear from FACP. FACP only shows module trouble . MONITOR MODULE REQUIRES REPLACEMENT.
