Emergency service call for tripped dry valve. Spoke with nick when en route and obtained contact info for Kirby the on site contact for access to riser and locked doors. Arrived on site to dry valve being tripped and flooded with water. No leaks or bursted pipe onsite that I could see with the naked eye verified by me and the FD. Due to the work that has been ongoing onsite it is on sure where the leak might be due to not having enough air pressure to locate it properly. I capped off the pipe at the top of the riser and brought it back online for the time being. Opened all 4 low point drained and left them open so they can drip dry to ensure no water in the pipes what so ever. Techs will be out sometime next week to reconnect the pipe and locate the leaks adequately. All systems online and normal. See attachments for work completed. 12/21/19 BS

Replace the Butterfly valve on system 7. Water flows more when valve is fully shut than when it is fully opened. Domestic system shutoff needs to be located before valve gets replaced to prevent any occurrence of flooding. Clarkston staff to provide locations for water shutoff. If shutoff cannot be located, entire building's domestic water needs to be shut off in order for work to be done.
