Troy has worked with our staff for over a year. He provides strong leadership, and they work as an effective and efficient team.
Efficient and completed the work in reasonable time without having to be directed. Having them be independent was very helpful with our busy office.
Response from Fire Pros Inc:
Thank you Julie for the 5 star rating and feedback on our service.
The technician sent to the property on 8/12/19 and 8/13/19 did not seem knowledable about the product and the property. We have had good service in the past with techs who were familiar with the property, which is essential in keeping the cost down for us when it comes to labor charges.
Fire suppression is an unfamiliar world that was thrust upon me when I secured my current position, co-op president. Not being truly knowledgeable the pricing sends a shiver down my spine; however, I've learned that is to be expected. It is an expensive consideration! The opposite end of the spectrum, Fire Pros' people, represents a far more recognizable asset. My experiences with Esmeralda, T.J., Amie, Gerald, Troy and Fire Pros' technicians has been positive, and I am very impresses by Esmeralda, T.J. and Amie's commitment to expedite relevant communication.
Fire Pros reached out to me to schedule my annual inspections since they were going to be in the area. I appreciate their forethought because things have been so busy, I hadn’t had a chance to call and schedule them yet.
Tyler and Shane visited today to perform work on our alarm system - unlike many of our vendors, I felt confident in their ability to do the job without supervision and was pleased with the result.
Response from Fire Pros Inc:
Thank you for leaving a review, we greatly appreciate your feedback! Tyler and Shane are awesome assets and we want to create value for you and your organization, Thanks again and have a fire safe day!
