JJ met me at the building, explained his process and after his inspection shared all the details and his recommendations. Because he was so thorough we are already moving forward with his recommendations and hope to all completed before the City Inspector returns.

My walk through our fire system with TJ (service technician) was very thorough. He pointed out items that need to be addressed. TJ did this inspection in very professional manor.

Suggested: The customer requested that the dry valve for system 2 be replaced with a Tyco. Please schedule this service on the same day as replacement of the OS&Y Material: 4" Tyco dry valve with trim (2) 4" grooved couplings 4" nut bolt gasket kit 5' of 4" sch 10 black pipe 2 techs Deficiency: The system check valve, FDC check valve, and hydrostatic test will all require city to shut off the underground, which also shuts off domestic supply. Current control valve leaks by badly. Recommend scheduling these after the new OS&Y is installed Deficiency: main drain requires hard pipe 3- 2" 90s 6' sch40 2" black pipe 1- 2" grooved coupling Deficiency: control valve requires a new tamper switch
