The work done was good, the tech was very professional. However, we had 2 services scheduled (some ANSUL work and the e-lights). These were scheduled to both be started at 5am on Monday 8/3. I arrived at the restaurant early that day to let the technicians in. No call, no service, no communication. Yesterday I came in to the restaurant at 9 am to find the technician at work on the e-lights, with my staff trying to prepare the kitchen for Friday service around him. This is why we scheduled it so early in the morning in the first place. We have yet to hear when to expect the ANSUL service that was also supposed to be performed on 8/3. I want to reiterate that the technician was professional and the work performed satisfactory, but the scheduling and communication is severely lacking.
