George was prompt, did a thorough Inspection, and gave us a very entertaining training on the system. Additionally he was very patient, kind, polite and kept us laughing. We learned valuable information for our team trainings. Also important to us as an assisted living is that we would feel very comfortable with George being in our resident’s home once we open. There are many places that will “check the box” for the twice yearly inspections, but this was so much more valuable that just the usual required paperwork. We highly recommend! Thank you George!

Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection (1 Wet System) 5yr Internal Due: 2025 FDC Hydro Due: 2025 Deficiency: Pendants in upright position in basement. Replace with uprights (2) 1/2” 155 QR brass uprights Deficiency: Out dated dry heads are due for testing. From 2020 write up: 4- SIDEWALL 155 degree quick response heads 8” long 2- SIDEWALL 155 degree quick response heads 20” long 4- PENDANT 155 degree quick response heads length unknown. Above walk in on first floor has drywall enclosing it above the drop ceiling. Need to cut access to reach. Also need to cut access hole in women’s restroom to reach back sidewall head. ALL DRY BARREL HEADS NEED A “T” FITTING AND PLUG TO BE PROPERLY INSTALLED. All are piped in with 90 degree elbows. 3 sidewalls in basement walk ins all 8” long 1 sidewall at front door 8” long 2 sidewalls in back for outside dining area. 20” long 4 pendant heads for first floor walk in. also where the four pending heads are there is no access
