1st tech showed up day before scheduled but had no tools. No one showed up on scheduled day being Tuesday. No one again on Wednesday or Thursday so we contacted your company again for a Tech to show up on Friday but only could clean unit which we already did (our maintenance tech). Your tech says installation company will have to be contacted if any more problems that their company only has the replacement part if needed. So this service call cost solved nothing. Since our maintenance tech cleaned unit we have not had another trouble alarm.

DH Sprinkler and Stand Pipe Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (2 systems Located in Basement) Annual Standpipe Inspection (1) Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal obstruction investigation of sprinkler systems 2- 4” Victaulic couplings 2- 3” Victaulic couplings Deficiency: Sprinkler systems are due for gauge change. 2- 300# air water 💦 gauges. Deficiency: Sprinkler head box will need one universal wrench and one 155° chrome pendant half-inch orifice quick response sprinkler head. 1 wrench 1- CPQR head. Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal inspection of fire department connection check valve. Deficiency: There is no evidence of fire department connection hydrotest five year. Deficiency: Sprinkler system control valves will need signs and chain. 4- Control valve signs
1/11/23MV Emailed customer regarding inspection date 1/18, waiting on confirmation Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection (1 wet) Deficiency: Fire system will need gauge change Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal pipe investigation Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year internal check valve inspection of fire department connection. Deficiency: Sprinkler head box will need 1/2 inch 155° from pendant sprinkler head quick response it will also need to half-inch brass upright high temperature 200° heads Deficiency: There is no evidence of five-year hydrotest of fire department connection.
