Tyler comes to working on the fire system at my location and he is always polite and willing to fix stuff
Our service call was actually scheduled for Friday so when Camp appeared on Thursday I was unfortunately not able to connect due to being in a presentation. He was very apologetic about the mix up but noted there wasn't a way for him to be back the following day. I was a bit frustrated with that, however, it was a wonderful surprise when he stopped back out after finishing another service call to see if I was free and able to connect. He didn't want us to have to push out our appointment and I was able to connect at the later time. Camp was very helpful in working to diagnose our issue.

It's nice not to have to wait long to get resolution
Shawn was very helpful on the phone when I called in the issue at Meijer #022 and in person. Sean is a great asset to Fire Pro's in any experience I have had with him.
