Tony responded promptly and met me at the facility. He patiently explained what happened, potential causes and recommended next steps. Arrived On-Site FACP stated Devices 70,72,79 Were in trouble Smoke Detectors by Hall by Electrical, In Electrical and in B Wing Hall by WiFi Router on-Ceiling. Found that the Address buttons on the Apollo Heads were sticking causing address duplicates and device missings. Cleaned smoke heads down to the circuit boards and made sure address buttons were not sticking any more. Put heads back up and Reset system to 1 trouble ( Brown Center FACP) which Phil Says is being handled tomorrow 6-3-20)
Checked line for Dial Tone (None-Present), Called Primary Line # 248-253-0320, (Line Rings Busy), Traced line from FACP labeled wire# 34 to Phone Room, checked line voltage voltage is fluctuating between 0.0-4 VDC. Line is landed at ATT Block # 91. Customer must contact ATT to Have line checked on. ***System will remain in trouble until phone company services phone line*** ****STORE WILL BE CONTACTING PHONE COMPANY TO CHECK LINE****
Received Emergency Call for Sprinkler System/Fire Alarm Could not be reset after contractor accidentally opened inspectors test valve and tripped system. FACP was in trouble upon arrival showing bells 1 and 2 disabled. Checked sprinkler valves and fire pump for normal operation, and Verified no alarms were tripped at FACP. Re-Connected bells 1 and 2 and Returned FACP to ***All Systems Normal and Reset ***
