Deficiency: Number of Extinguishers Left at Job: 3

(JB) 4/29/24 - Sent email (JB) Emergency / Exit Lights, Portable Extinguishers, and Kitchen Suppression Inspection Annual Emergency/Exit Light Inspection Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection Semi-Annual Kitchen Suppression System Inspection Inoperable Deficiency for By Ice Machine: Emergency light in kitchen not working due to leak in roof of building. Water got in to emergency light and shorted out the circuit board.
