Sean Wiggers is outstanding ! Sean always takes the time to answer any questions we have. Sean has done many inspections for our hotel and always been very professional. Today I was absent from the hotel yet made sure I received a call and update. Sean is truly an asset to your company.
Sean was very polite upon arrival. Explained the service he would be providing and asked if I had questions.
While it was noisy & disruptive at times, Alex always makes sure we understand what he is doing and why. He is always kind and compassionate to our residents as he truly understands how the loud noises cause anxiety for them.
