Arrived On-Site FACP states All Systems Normal and Reset, Dialer in “IT” Closet States Zone 2 FACP Supervisory Alarm. Checked FACP History, (it states @ 1053 pm on 7-20-20 A Fire pump fail was received at FACP) checked and verified fire pump is working properly and that FACP is getting proper signals from fire pump. Fire pump fail only occurs when pump loses power. System is currently reset and normal. Explained to customer that after main FACP is Reset and Normal, they must Reset Red box Dialer in “IT” Closet as well.
Arrived On-Site FACP was in trouble condition Stating NAC 2 Fault also date and time were incorrect and Dialer was un-plugged. Re-Connected Dialer and Tracked NAC Fault on Circuit 1 in the dinning room that is under construction Horn/strobe wiring is disconnected strapped wire through and cleared NAC Fault & Sent Signals. ***Currently All Systems Normal and Reset***.
All Systems Normal Upon Arrival, checked History FACP Stated kitchen Duct Smoke Active Alarm. Located Duct smoke in Kitchen Duct smoke is Above inner kitchen ceiling /Only Access is through very small access hatch. Duct Smoke is an older style unit. Cleaned Duct Smoke head and Reset system. ***Currently All Systems Normal and Reset ***
