12/5/23 Commercial Fire DH Obstruction Investigation and Sprinkler Repair COMMERCIAL FIRE PAPERWORK ATTACHED: The fire sprinkler piping is due for its 5-year internal obstruction inspection. The purpose of the internal inspection is to view the condition of the piping to identify whether foreign organic and inorganic material is present since the presence of such material can potentially be detrimental to the performance of the sprinkler system. NFPA 25 (14.2.1.1) An assessment of the internal condition of piping shall be conducted at a minimum of every 5 years or in accordance with 14.2.1.2 to inspect for the presence of foreign organic and inorganic material. The main drain is missing its sign. The tech will install the missing sign providing proper identification of system components. NFPA 25 (4.1.9.1) A permanently marked metal or rigid plastic information sign shall be placed at the system control riser supplying an antifreeze loop, dry system, preaction system, or auxilia
