Portable Extinguishers Inspection 18 Dry Chemical: Annual extinguisher inspection of 18 units. Inspection is per NFPA 10 codes.
Emergency / Exit Lights Inspection Emergency/Exit Light: Annual 90 Minute Emergency / Exist Lighting Inspection of all known and accessible emergency and exit lighting fixtures. The annual ninety (90) minute test involves locating the circuit breaker for the emergency/exit lights that supply power to the emergency lights or exit signs. The circuit breaker will be turned off and the lights observed to determine if they work for the 90-minute annual test. Any light bulbs, signs, and dead batteries will be noted and quoted for a return trip to fix. This inspection does not include the 30-second pushbutton test.
