Portable Extinguishers and Kitchen Suppression Inspection Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection (17) ABC (1) K Class Semi-annual Kitchen Hood inspection Amerex 7.5Gal Deficiency: No detection under both ducts Ducts need extra nozzles not enough protection 4 burner range nozzle 14178 needs moved over 6” Tilt skillet needs another nozzles 13729 ( already one to left of hood not being used) Convection oven and steamer do not shutdown when tripped Duct needs welded around seams Pull station needs lowered to proper height Moved detection brackets over to right for ducts Add 11983 nozzles to ducts (currently 11983) Moved 14178 nozzle to left 6” Add 13729 nozzle over tilt skillet and plug drop not being used Electrician needed for convection oven and steamer to shutdown when system trips Welder needed Lower pull station 1 stick conduit 1 stick 3/8 pipe 3/8 pipe and fittings ( 4 Tees, 5 elbows, nipples) 1 micro switch
