Alarm on panel being caused by bad pull and Module. Recommend replacing (1) PS-DALOB and (1) SK-Minimod. Wired through pull M33 M1 and deleted from programming until replacement is made. Supervisory on panel for Module 4. This is monitoring troubles for power supply to the right of FACP. Found that there was a battery trouble and an output 4 trouble. Replaced (2) 12v8ah batteries for power supply from truck 134 stock. Located output 4 trouble on second floor in unit under construction. Contractors removed speaker. Re-mounted speaker and cleared trouble. Clearing these issues removed the supervisory. System back online in normal condition.
