Jesse was able to make it out to our building on the same day that we placed a service call. We had two false alarms over the weekend and I was unsure as to how long it would take to get a technician out and the problem rectified. Again, Jesse was out within a short time frame and provided us with an explanation as to the suspected cause. Thanks Jesse!
Great service by a friendly and professional crew.
Northwest Fire Systems is amazing, they respond and schedule quickly, office staff and technicians always have amazing customer service and the technician ended up going above and beyond for us today. We will continue to use NWFS for our building.
Marlon provided very detailed information on why our fire panel was tripping and how we can improve our panels and come up with a solution. We were satisfied with the work performed today.
Jesse has worked on our property many times and he is amazing. He was able to figure out a problem that we've been dealing with for some time missed by many other service technicians and contractors and fixed it easily. He is very knowledgeable and informative with great service.
We recently switched to NW Fire Systems from our previous contractor and we couldn't be more pleased with the response and service we have received since. NW Fire has always been responsive so far and highly professional. In trying to resolve our latest issue, the two technicians that came out worked for a solid shift, only stopping to eat lunch for a brief time. I appreciate the dedication and stick-to-it-ive-ness. Keep it up!
Marlon was very knowledgeable and works efficiently, very professional and friendly.
Called to fix a sprinkler head and came out within two hours and got it taken care of! Very friendly fast service
Replaced Smoke head on Duct detector and wired module back together. Reprogrammed M18 into panel. System back online in Normal condition.
Customer has had this issue for a long time now and it usually corrects itself. It is common these troubles get stuck on the panel and the communicator needs to be reset to clear this. Reset communicator and cleared trouble. Customer stated they have already had someone out to see if a radio would work but the connection around the building is to poor. The only way they said would be to place the antenna on the roof.
