Northwest Fires Systems responded in a very professional manner to a challenging situation. One of several systems on our private property, installed by another contractor, was not working. The original contractor refused to service the unit. NW Fire jumped in. After several service calls and working directly with the system mfg., the system was repaired. The co. owner Ira Potter, not only kept us up to date, but performed hands on service. To finalize the repair. Their entire staff was very responsive, highly skilled and on time. I have over 50 years in the construction business and found NW Fire to be an exceptional co. to work with. Their service personnel is highly skilled, responsible and always on time.

One thing that I value the most as a Director of Engineering is Communication and NWFS does and exceptional job at that. I can trust that NWFS will reach out to me and continue the communications even when other items distract my attention, all while not being pushy and having the patience to make sure the job is done right and I am kept in the loop throughout the whole process.
Always great working NW Fire, they are all very knowledgeable and JR is one of the best people have I have ever worked with!
This was the first time going through the 5-year Hydo test and Marlon was very patient explaining what was involved. He has great customer skills and a wonderful sense of humor. I would highly recommend him for doing this work.
