Service

As we all know once 5 PM comes, everyone is calling it a day. Jeff came in late in the afternoon and was ready to go to work and reset the sprinkler system on the first floor. He made sure that the panel was on bypass and inspected the demo site for any possible leaks. He also took some time to answer some of my questions about a leak in one of our off-site buildings. Very knowledgeable and professional technician. I also would like to thank Connor and J.R. in accommodating my late request to have a technician to come to our site.

Building 3 Replacing Gauges

One of the techs not Jeff. Did not put the fire panel on bypass, because he felt he was confident that he wont trip the alarm. Guess what? The fire alarm was tripped during budget meeting day and all our executives and employees, had to evacuate the building.

Customer is aware of what is causing this trouble. Customer wanted us to test building 121 concerns. Inspected Building 121 to verify that all audible signals worked in each unit upon alarm activation. System functioned properly for all units. System back online in normal condition.

Customer wanted to wait on this issue because the had no building or panel info on this trouble. Instead we investigated a trouble for building 209. This trouble was being caused by PT5 pull station located in unit 22502. Recommend replacement of (1) ADT-NBG-12LX. During investigation of pull trouble cleared but would still recommend replacement. System normal.

BLDG 121 normal upond arrival, main FACP that receives signals from this building is BLDG 114. This panel still had an alarm showing due to not being reset after the alarm. The SK modules are correctly programmed to be for building 121. As for the alarm being cleared there is no way to know which alarm device is causing this issue unless someone on-site takes a photo or makes note of which zone is going into alarm. Found that the FACP Smoke appeared to have been bumped or tampered with slightly (See pictures for details). Wired through smoke to see if this alarm returns.
