The team at Northwest Fire Systems is fantastic. I frantically called after a sprinkler head went off as I was replacing the trim piece on the ceiling. Of course water sprayed everywhere (in the newly painted room). Once I had the water turned off, and while cleaning up the mess, I called (late in the day) and was very fortunate to have Kathy answer the phone. After explaining my situation and asking 'what to do next?', Clark got on the phone. I only later found out that Clark was the owner of the company. Clark was a technician and therapist rolled into one. He took the time to walk me through exactly what to look for, what to do and how to get my house water turned on while turning off the sprinkler system. He even provided me the name of another company who would be able to provide the prescribed residential support. I'm just some dummy calling randomly begging for some help. Boy did I get it. You just don't get this kind of customer service anymore, and I hadn't paid a dime. This is truly a testament to the kind of business this is. "Saving Lives, Protecting Property" could not be a better tag line for the company and the way it operates. If this kind of help is provided to a random caller, imagine the kind of support you'll get for a paid project. If you need fire systems support, I'll bet you won't find a better company.
