Thank you for your superb customer service. Brian Rodrigues went above and beyond today to fully explain what work was getting done and why it was getting done. In addition, he helped solve a months-long mystery with regard to a flashing light at the building that our engineers could not solve. While it wasn't part of his initial scope, he was so knowledgeable about the building systems that he was able to point me in the right direction as to what was causing the light to flash (the evacuation system). Brian had a smile on his face from the moment I met him and was very willing to help me out. I really appreciate customer service like that and hope to work with him again in the future.
