As a new customer to NW Fire Systems we have just completed our first annual inspection, testing and follow up repairs. Everyone has been outstanding to work with. In the past, meeting local fire marshal requirements meant that I would need to contact multiple vendors, some of whom couldn't do the required work themselves. In those instances, they would subcontract with other companies to complete the job. For the past several years, I've tried to find the vendor that could do it all. I was given maintenance contracts to sign and assured of yearly contact for annual testing and inspection from other companies. I dropped off those companies list at the end of our first contact. NW Fire has been prompt and professionally competent. Even where there have been unexpected issues we have been able to resolve those issues.I am grateful to have found this outstanding company.

Delano and Caleb were at the job site before the scheduled time and started promptly. The methodically carried out the inspection and were able to incorporate details I provided to the job. Delano and Caleb were able to complete the inspection and explain work that remains to be done. They were prepared to do the work they came to perform. Delano and NW Fire is head and shoulders above other vendors who have come out in the past. Delano was professional, competent and responsive to my questions. I am grateful and relieved that this first time inspection went so well. I look forward to working with Delano and NWFire for many years to come.

Found zone 2 supervisory active. Traced problem to sprinkler room wall PiV tamper switch the wire and resistor had broken off. I re did all connections and panel stopped beeping. Confirmed restoral with monitoring station
