Called and was told they could be there between 2-4. I told them I had a family emergency and needed to leave the state. They were able to have someone to my house by 12;00. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very nice and made this happen. The workman also was very nice. I bought a new garage door from them about 5 years ago. I would highly recommend them. GREAT customer service.
