It would have nice if the job could have been finished the same day. Sometimes things happen. I was a little upset that the tech was 1 1/2 hours late the second day and didn't call to let me know he was running late. All in all, the job get done and the installation was very well done.

Replaced bent strut and readjusted opener ran and tested
Repaired track and rewound cable adjusted opener
Replaced broken springs with max life springs tested
Gave customer estimates to repair door but after opening it found that a new door is needed top panel has holes and bottom panel has cracks and support is broken
Replaced springs and we are working on door quote 50% of this repair will be applied to a new door purchase.
