Made the call after speaking to another vendor that was not friendly nor professional. A1 is totally professional.
The technician arrived when promised. He proceeded in a very neat and professional manner. When it was discovered that additional parts would be recommended, he explained everything very thoroughly, including the option that I did not need to spend the money today. I did not feel like there was any pressure to "pad the bill." I would recommend to anyone.
I liked that the technician kept me updated on when he expected to arrive. And when he arrived he went straight to work, re-programming the remotes. Now the cost, hmm, even with a "discount" the labor cost seemed to be a bit steep. He was there for less than 1/2 hour and the labor was $60.
John E. was wonderful to deal with. He fixed the door quickly and I appreciate how he was easy to talk to, and he knew what the problem was right away. Great guy!
When I'm ready I will call to make an appt. to have the service done. The gentlemen that came out was very helpful in explaining what to expect when the work is to be done, and he answered all questions I had.. Thanks so much.
