Had a Torsion Spring break apart. Had a time of 8 - 12, he showed up @ 8:15! Very happy about that. Went over repairs, gave me the price and ok'd the repair. Had all the parts on his truck, that was a relief. Did the repair in less than an hour. Works great, even quieter after repairs! Very happy with service and price. Will call again for all my garage needs in the future.

Their service (double door replacement) was performed on schedule. BUT... 1) new door was set up for electric door opener; i.e., no grab-handles inside or out. And Tech had no handles on the truck 2) Estimate included requirement for 3-foot workspace inside door and under rails ("C" shaped clear space). The installer demanded 4-foot space at door and would not proceed without $175 added fee. He AND I then cleared the space in under 5-minutes. -- That's over $2100 an hour for his effort. A bit extreme. Estimator should be better informed.

Good morning James, I just tried to reach out to you. I'm sorry if there was a possible miscommunication. I did review the phone calls with our sales rep and our dispatcher both of whom stated clearly that the garage would need be cleared 10ft back to ensure a safe, clean install. The garage was packed and it did take much longer than 5 minutes to clear out. Our installer also offered to wait while you did so and you chose to have him assist you. We assume liability when moving customer's items, hence the additional fee. In regards to the handles, manufacturer's no longer include traditional handles. There is a kick handle located on both sides of the inside of the door. Door providers quite putting handles on the outside of door several years ago due to security concerns. A criminal can pull up hard enough on your door to break the lock on your opener and granting them access into your garage, and possibly home. Again, I'm sorry that everything didn't go as smoothly has you hoped. Please reach out to us to see if there is anything we may be able to do to make your 3 star experience a 5 star one.

Absolutely delightful service from both customer service and our technician. Honest and fair, Cory inspected everything and gave his thorough evaluation. A roller had popped off track so knew we needed all new rollers. Cory was very thorough, kind, informative and didn’t try to sell or scare me into purchasing anything extra. He would have just replaced the rollers and been on his way but because of his honesty, we chose to take the preventative action and replace the 31 year old springs…It was time! When Luke came out the second time to fix the door (the part wasn't in stock the first visit) he was extremely polite and walked me through the process and took time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions I had.
