No BS approach, no upsales, just fixing the issue and being honest! Travis was the best! I called a different well known “5 Star” company first to come assess my door and they claimed I needed $900 worth of changes to fix the issue (said I needed new springs when the spring wasn’t broken). Called Action GD&R and they fixed the actual issue and it was 1/3 the cost. So happy with their work and customer service!
