Didn't upsell or recommend unneeded repairs, but offered suggestions for future issues. I have used other companies in the past, but this company was a step above them. Tech was excellent!! Price was higher than expected. Workmanship was great! Was supposed to send a tech on Saturday but no one showed . The tech on Monday came when he was scheduled and even called me to let me know he was coming. They waved the service call fee because of the Saturday issue. Garage door now works great again.

From the first call to get our garage door replaced, the communication and service was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy when they came out for the estimate. They listened to what I said I needed and understood I was one a tight budget , and gave me options based on my needs. Once the door was ordered, they kept me informed along the way. When it came time to install the door the service tech, was early and done in under the time they said it would take. He took the time to answer my questions and cleaned up after he was done. The was a great experience and I would recommend them to my friends.

Nick provided updates and price quotes as he worked on all three garage doors. One door required extensive repair, another needed complete replacement and we believe he gave us as low a price as possible. When he left I felt that all three were in the best condition that they had been for years. He even came back to help with programming of remote for third bay when that was not part of the initial plan.
