My garage door spring broke in the morning. I called at 9 am and they said Dusty will be out between 11am-2pm. He showed up on time and was very helpful. He explained what he was replacing and provided an estimate. He completed the job within 30 minutes and then lubricated the rollers on the garage door and provide instructions where to spray and how often. He did a great job!

So far an all-around excellent customer service experience. Called on a Sunday - reached a live person! Made an appointment for the following Saturday 8-10 a.m. Nick called at 7:50 to say on his way and arrived promptly at 8:00. Unfortunately, couldn't be repaired and had to install a new opener, which was done in about 90 minutes. Thorough explanation of new unit (how it works/recommended maintenance/etc.) Only reason I haven't given five stars (yet) is because I want to wait to make sure it works as well as I think it will.
