Dusty was friendly and professional, arrived early, clearly explained the problem, fixed it promptly and efficiently, had me confirm that everything was working properly, and saved me some money by reusing a part that was still in good shape. Second time using this company (first was to install, this time to repair) and would highly recommend.

Dusty the tech that came to my house if fantastic. He took time to show me what I need to watch for and that I should think about a new door soon. I appreciate that he wasn’t pushy about it at all. He was sympathetic to my situation of being a young and recent widow.

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out after I called. I was happy that Jason came when he was scheduled to come and I didn't have to wait past the two hour time frame. Jason was also very kind and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to fix the door and the cost as well. He also gave me other alternatives as well. Good customer service.

I have worked with several companies on home improvements. All American Door was one of the easiest to work with. The office staff was available and kind. The installer was patient to answer all my questions so I could make informed decisions. I ask a lot of questions and the staff never seemed bothered by it. Jon was knowledgeable about the products and gave fast but quality service. He was happy on the job and even let my kids watch him work! I highly recommend All American Door!
