Mishaps happen at the most inconvenient times. We called American Door Co. on a Sunday. Our call was picked up right away, and Dusty was at our door within the hour. Dusty was very professional and offered us different price points to choose from. After he addressed the main problem, he brought to our attention other issues to be aware of. No pressure. Good information, and we were able to act on what we wanted done. We are extremely happy.
