Our tech called before arriving and was very prompt. He explained and my options in a way I could understand. Before he began the work he gave me the price and time to complete the job before I made a final decision. After he was done he cleaned everything up and walked me through the tune up and repair. Very efficient and professional. We are very happy with the results

Caleb Avery was my installer. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival which was very nice. Caleb was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. He was in and out in about 90 minutes. He took the time to walk through my new garage door opener and some information about my current set up that our builder did not mention or go through with me which was very appreciative. I know that with new construction you end up with “builder cheap” materials. I’m sure my garage doors are no different, so when these need attention I will be contacting all American door company for my future needs. Thank you.
