Customer called us out for a door that was only opening up halfway. We responded the call once I got out on site. I was able to diagnose the issue as a door that was really dry and binding up as well as the door having rollers that are plastic that do not have any bearings that do add extra resistance to operation. Further inspection showed cables and bottom fixtures rusting out, heart replacement with a tuneup was recommended. Tuneup did solve the noisy and dry door. Door was operating smoothly once tuneup was done.
