Dusty was completely thorough with installing my new garage door springs and rollers! He showed me what was done and answered all my curious questions. This was a learning experience on how to maintain a good garage door! We had lifetime springs and rollers installed. We did have a choice, for a few bucks more, a lifetime, and no greasing was the best option for us!

We dealt with 3 technicians over several visits in a 3 day period. Everyone had a great attitude and really went out of their way to get the job done despite bitterly cold weather and late hours. The job could have been completed sooner with fewer trips and less expense if the first 2 technicians had been more experienced. Even so, we were pleased with the follow through and attention to detail.

Technician was super friendly but missed the window of time to be at my home by 30 or so minutes. The price was more than I wanted to pay especially since Iast replaced the springs less than 5 years ago (thru different company). Stoped the door from squeaking also which was nice.
