Backed out of the garage without realizing the door was not completely up. Chris was here within the hour. Normally that would be amazing service but being Sunday evening of Memorial Day weekend, I consider it going above and beyond! He quickly got my garage door back on track and tested its operation to make sure it was working properly (it was thank goodness). The whole operation from the receptionist who took my call... to dispatch...to Chris, was all top notch, much appreciated!!

The property manager wants a quote for a new opener.
The homeowner called us because their garage door needed a tune up and a remote programmed.
The homeowner called us because their garage door was making noise.
One hour labor for today. The timer was switched off. Gate working well and timer still at 22 secs. Notified John about hole in the cover. He should get that fixed so that we know tenants aren't tampering with the gate. If not then we have a OmniUP board going bad. But most likely tenant tampering.
Keypad was not responding to garage door. Reprogrammed keypad. Also recommended strut at the top of the door. Possible receiver issues. Let customer know to get us back out within 30 days if keypad comes unprogrammed again. May need new receiver but labor will be covered under 30 day warranty. Included tune up and lubrication today.
Adjusted sensors, and discussed symptoms, and corrective measures. Discussed the door bucking, and installed recerse kick bolts to correct. Replaced worn springs, and lubricated all remaining hardware in carlsbad.

Patched wires, and zip tied logic board as a temp repair. Need to come back with a logic board, after ordering.
Door should not be used until fixed. The cables are almost getting spun off of the drums on every opening. Suggested reducing the open travel until further repairs could be made. Normally we would not work on a door that is soo unsafe, but I did not discover it until i was doing my lubrication in carlsbad.

The homeowner just moved in and was not given any remotes for her Marantec opener.
I did an inspection on 3 8x8 garage doors, balanced them, adjusted and lubricated all moving parts.
New batteries for remotes and reprogramming. Lube and tune service.
The manual release was pulled. I also programmed the homelink in the homeowner's car.
