Eli was polite, educational and fast. I have no complains regarding the service. My only complaint is that the phone quote (done by someone else) was half of what I had to pay . So needless to say I was surprised to hear that I had to pay 600 dollars for two springs, instead of 300. But overall I am pleased with the service
