Other than a two week delay from the original schedule the entire process went very well considering the difficulty of allowing access to the Club. I think we could have done a better job of letting the residents know when access to certain areas would be shut off. I will refrain from placing fault on your company for that issue but until the last two days I never felt comfortable with what the process would be each day.
