Working in Belle Meade TN this morning. We are pouring a footing and then building a concrete block wall. This will waterproof the basement in this area. The drains will run to a sump pump. This wall will also keep the dirt from washing onto the floor.

Erosion along the side of a home in Joelton, TN. This is an exit point for a sump pump that was installed by a handyman. The pipe should exit the wall below grade and have a seal around it. A downspout dumping on the home is causing this problem though.

There is water seeping up through the expansion joint between the floor and the concrete block wall. We can install an interior system on the inside or seal the walls on the outside. We will see which system our customer would like us to perform.
