My technician named Brad was absolutely amazing. Such a professional service he offered me, he vacuum out all the glass and shined the entire dash for me. Cleaned his mess and just went above and beyond. That is the customer service people are looking for and it's hard to find. I believe the truck said advanced protection with an advanced difference. Brad, our installer, was very knowledgeable. He not only did the work but he gave me some great advice about how to handle future dings on the windshield before they get worse. There was some misunderstanding about the price quoted and the price on the invoice. Brad called the office manager and she quickly rectified the problem.
