Chris was working with the dealership for the vehicle’s 10K service and noticed a chip on the far left side that needed attention. He took a photo of the damage and sent it to me for perusal along with his recommendation to fill the chip for a repair. He also answered a few questions concerning the dealer service that he wasn’t involved with. It seemed like he went out of his way to make the experience as painless as possible. He helped with the insurance claim in a very professional manner and when I picked up the vehicle, he showed me where the chip was. You had to REALLY look to see it. Overall, Chris made a potential lengthily and costly experience a pleasant one. All businesses should have employees like him.
