I contacted dealership to speak to Eric, they promptly patched me through to Eric. Eric notified me he was actually in another town and that he would be in my town the next day on another appointment. Eric was able to schedule me in and promptly fixed my windshield chip! He quickly patched me through to my insurance. First time I didn’t have to drive all the way to the dealership. I don’t mind if I had to. But I’m thankful that Eric was able to accommodate my windshield issue! Eric is incredibly efficient, professional, and genuine! Great customer service!
