She asked the right questions as to what I wanted and dry cut before shampooing. She finished the cut after the wash, thus knowing my head of hair well by the end. Jacque does a great job taking your hairs health into consideration. I love that she takes the time to really talk about what you want. She is like an artist with her baliage. I love that she never gives a chunky highlight!
