The only reason Jeff got one star was he did install four grab bars that are working out very well. I think maybe he did that because his son was in town and helped him. Never got back to us on a handicap bathroom remodel. We did find someone else. But I passed away overnight will never get to talk to Jeff to tell him how displeased we were with him.
